Class List
Please refer to the current Area 7 entry form for the full class list. All classes in all divisions are being offered in this show.
Self-Bred vs Team Entries
Please fill in a separate form for fish you have bred yourself and a separate form for “team entries” (which are fish you have purchased from a supplier/breeder). This is to ensure that self-bred fish will be correctly awarded IBC points, whereas team entries do not receive these points. For self-bred fish simply write your name in the Entrant Name field. For team entries, write Your Name / Team Entry and provide the name of the breeder if known in the comments for each fish. Providing a concise description of the fish (eg. red-blue butterfly halfmoon) will be helpful for identifying your fish if the labels in your box are unclear. These descriptions will also be used if your fish is for auction.
Mailed-In Entries
Entrants who are unable to attend may send their show fish by mail or courier. Fish must arrive between Tuesday 13th May and Thursday 15th May. It is important before you send your fish that you contact us to discuss before you send your fish, as there are additional considerations such as returning them. We will provide the mail-in address at that time. Please email [email protected] or send a private message on http://facebook.com/victoriabetta.
Walk-In Entries
We much prefer you to bring your own entries and bench in with us on Friday 16th May from 5-7pm, this is the only time available for bringing your own show entries. Late entries will not be accepted. Please note that you must still send your entry form and fees by May 7th even if you are not mailing-in your entries.
